Refund policy

We want you and your pet to love your Pawdulge order! If something isn't right, here's how we can help.

Returns You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

To start a return, email contact@pawdulge.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or worn by your pet.
