Shipping policy

Free shipping on all US orders.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on where your item ships from. The exact estimate is shown on each product page.

• Pet Costume Hoodie – Frog, Carrot and Banana designs: ship from our US warehouse and usually arrive in 5–8 business days.

• All other items (Christmas and winter outfits, bat wings, spider, and the Apple, Heart, Cabbage and Reindeer hoodie designs): ship from our international warehouse and usually arrive in 7–14 business days.

If your order contains items from both warehouses, they may arrive in separate packages.

Holiday Deadlines

🎄 For Christmas delivery, please order by December 5. During busy periods (Black Friday, Christmas), carriers may take a few extra days, so we always recommend ordering early.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
